Job Description:
Jodas Biotechnology has multiple openings for experienced Scientists specializing in Mammalian Upstream Processing to join our Research & Development (R&D) team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in biosimilar development and expertise in mammalian cell culture techniques and bioreactor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and optimize upstream processes for biosimilars.
● Design and implement cell culture strategies to enhance yield and productivity.
● Monitor and analyze bioreactor parameters for process optimization.
● Work closely with downstream and analytical teams to ensure seamless process integration.
● Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process scale-up and technology transfer.
Requirements:
● Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the biosimilar industry.
● Expertise in mammalian cell culture techniques and bioreactor operations.
● Hands-on experience in media optimization and cell line development.
● Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to biologics.
● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
