Sr Research Scientist R&D Job Summary:
Reporting to DGM R&D Chocolates & Confy, the Senior Research Scientist position at Hershey India provides project leadership for chocolates, spreads, and confectionery innovation. The role involves developing new products and processes, problem-solving, project execution, and collaboration with various departments.

Sr Research Scientist R&D Job Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- New product projects execution
- Product and process improvements
- Collaboration with Marketing and Commercial areas
- Support to QA and Production functions

Sr Research Scientist R&D Job Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Postgraduate / graduate Food in food science/technology or related sciences is desirable. The candidate will have knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), analytical techniques, chocolate, confectionary or snacks technologies, research methodology and experience in projects process. Candidates should be comfortable operating laboratory, pilot plant and plant equipment and possess excellent math and computer skills. Also, should be familiar on New Product process.
• Substantial experience of food product research and development.
• Strong understanding of principles of food chemistry and ingredients functionality is desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of dairy technology, sensory testing, and flavor applications
