Job Description for Specialist QMS at Stryker
What will you do?
- Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in alignment with ISO 13485:2016 standards.
- Create, review, and update QMS documentation, including quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Support during External and Corporate Audits, providing real-time support to auditors.
- Maintain the Document Control System for controlled documents.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for documentation review and approval.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System with training records.
- Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and supporting audits.
What You Need:
Required Qualifications for Specialist QMS:
- BSC Biotechnology, B-Pharm / M-Pharm or related field from premier institutes.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Medical/Pharma domain with at least 1 year of training and Document control.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in QMS software and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ISO 13485:2016 certification.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- High analytical skills.
- Proactive in supporting both internal and external customers.
