Position Summary
Reporting to the Associated Director, R&D Quality, this role provides strategic and tactical direction and oversight to manage Innovative Capabilities and Operations, focusing on transforming RDQ capabilities. The Sr. Manager will drive various R&D Quality initiatives for Innovation, Digital Capabilities, and Data Analytics, working closely with Global Quality and R&D teams to ensure successful execution.
Qualifications & Experience for Senior Manager Job Bristol Myers Squibb:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biology, Data Science, Statistics, IT, or Health-related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with data solutions, analytics, data science, machine learning, and reporting.
- At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare-related industry.
- Proven success in translating business problems into actionable plans and communicating complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead digital solutions and analytics initiatives to achieve desired business outcomes.

Analytics and Reporting
