Job Overview:
Should be able to work in Consulting and Pharma Analytics. Should provide Competitive intelligence reports to Stakeholders and Clients.
Job Responsibility:
- Business Intelligence / Data Analysis Tools for Market Research purposes (mainly IQVIA proprietary tools and systems).
- Customer support roles, business or market research analyst.
- Global role based in India with exclusive reporting line into Switzerland.
- Provided necessary Analytical and consulting inputs.
Technical Skills:
- Minimum 3 years direct experience in business intelligence roles, customer support roles, business or market research analyst or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare / Life Science Industry together with data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of VBA language and Macros development in Excel.
- Experience working with Business Intelligence / Data Analysis Tools for Market Research purposes (mainly IQVIA proprietary tools and systems).
- Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work and feel confident in a matrix organization.
- Fluent in English, additional European languages would also be advantageous.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Life Science or related field.
