Applications are invited for the position of Project Research Scientist-I for an ICMR funded project at AIIMS, New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on ERR-γ as a biomarker and therapeutic target for lung cancer as Research Scientist-I
- Investigate the synergetic anti-tumor effect of DN200434 and MK2206 in lung cancer in vivo
- Hands-on experience with animal cell culture, molecular biology techniques, flow cytometry, PCR, IHC, and immunoblotting
Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification for Research Scientist-I:
-
First-class M.Sc. or Ph.D. in:
Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Zoology, Toxicology, or Allied Fields.

Desirable:

NET/GATE/CSIR/ICMR/DBT qualified (not mandatory).

Experience in:

Cell culture (in vitro) and animal models (in vivo)

Drug delivery techniques
-
Flow cytometry, PCR, IHC, Western blotting, immunoblotting as Research Scientist-I.

Other molecular biology and biochemical techniques
