Applications are invited for the position of Project Research Scientist-I for an ICMR funded project at AIIMS, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on ERR-γ as a biomarker and therapeutic target for lung cancer as Research Scientist-I
• Investigate the synergetic anti-tumor effect of DN200434 and MK2206 in lung cancer in vivo
• Hands-on experience with animal cell culture, molecular biology techniques, flow cytometry, PCR, IHC, and immunoblotting

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification for Research Scientist-I:

  • First-class M.Sc. or Ph.D. in:
    Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Genetics, Zoology, Toxicology, or Allied Fields.

• Desirable:

  • NET/GATE/CSIR/ICMR/DBT qualified (not mandatory).

  • Experience in:

    • Cell culture (in vitro) and animal models (in vivo)

    • Drug delivery techniques

    • Flow cytometry, PCR, IHC, Western blotting, immunoblotting as Research Scientist-I.

    • Other molecular biology and biochemical techniques
