Research Associate IPM Job Details:
Job Opening: Research Associate – Intellectual Property Management
Location: Bangalore, India
Desired Profile for Research Associate IPM Role:
- M.Sc. in Biotech or Biological Science with 2-5 years of experience in handling patent matters in the antibody or cell and gene therapy areas.
- PG Diploma in Patent Law is preferred.
- Skilled in keyword and bio-sequence searching across various databases.
- Exposure to patent drafting and prosecution is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with relevant patent laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patentability and FTO assessments for antibody and cell and gene therapy-related inventions.
- Creating technology landscapes.
- Conducting searches in various patent and non-patent databases.
- Supporting patent drafting for subjects related to antibody and cell and gene therapy.
