Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a QC Manager located in Jadcherla. The QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Daily tasks will include managing the QC lab, conducting tests and inspections, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that
all products meet quality specifications. The role also involves continuous improvement of QC procedures and collaboration with other departments to resolve quality issues.Qualifications
- Quality Control analytics in Biopharma
- Experience with regulatory compliance and GMP standards
- Proficiency in chromatography methods of biosimilars (Monoclonal antibodies), trouble shooting and ensuring compliance
- Strong documentation and data analysis skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in the biopharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage
