Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control:
- Conduct thorough quality control assessments of lateral assays and wet lab processes as QC Associate.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures for lateral assay products.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for maintaining quality standards as QC Associate.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities.
- Generate regular reports on quality metrics and key performance indicators.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated on regulations and industry standards as QC Associate.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in audits.
Training and Development:
- Provide training on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness.
Qualifications:
