Title of Project: Generate and characterize a pre-clinical model for the India-specific Agarwal founder mutations in Limb Girdle Muscular Dystrophy Type 2A.
Duration: Initially for 6 months, extendable based on performance for the project’s duration.
Age Limit: Below 30 Years.
Essential Qualifications for Project Technical Support-III:
Master’s degree in Life Sciences or associated fields with National Eligibility Test (NET) qualification, with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade. Research
experience and practical knowledge of working with laboratory rodent models are required. Knowledge of basic molecular biology techniques, including PCR, is needed.Desirable Qualifications for Project Technical Support-III:
Candidates with experience in cell biology and microscopy, good oral and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently are preferred.
