- Position: Project Associate-II
- Location: New Delhi
- Emoluments: Rs. 35,000/- per month + HRA
- Qualification: M.Sc in Biotechnology/Bioinformatics/Botany/Life Sciences/Plant Molecular Biology or related disciplines with at least 60% marks and two years of post-master’s research experience
- Experience Required: Proficiency in basic molecular biology techniques like PCR, cloning, and hairy root transformation; Knowledge of bioinformatics and transcriptome analysis preferred; Prior experience in root nodule symbiosis is desirable
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years
Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will work on chickpea root nodule symbiosis, transcriptomics, and studying the molecular mechanisms underlying plant immunity during root nodule symbiosis.
Duration:
This position is temporary and co-terminus with
the project, with an appointment until April 02, 2026 (A/N), subject to performance evaluation.Application Details:
