Role & Responsibilities for Process Engineer:
As a Process Engineer in Tetra Pak, you will:

Support projects from conceptual development (sales) through implementation to commercial operation.

Work in a multi-project environment, adapting to the needs of each project.

Take full responsibility for technical solutions and quality performance while aligning with customer needs and project management as Process Engineer .

Collaborate closely with the Plant Integration team across various market companies.

Work with customers and colleagues in an international setting, utilizing resources across the organization.

Assist in quotation development with project managers and account managers for systems/modules.
-
Estimate equipment costs and coordinate pricing with project managers.

Provide technical presentations as sales support.

Understand and apply Plant Integration business processes, costs, tasks, and quality standards.

Manage planning, resource utilization, deadlines, and objective tracking.

Use MS Project and Plant Engineering tools for problem solving and cross-functional planning.

Apply knowledge in thermodynamics, flow dynamics, and production planning for equipment sizing and system solutions.

Understand industry standards for process piping, equipment installation, automation control, instrumentation, and system commissioning as Process Engineer.

Handle technical and soft problems analytically—collecting data, evaluating alternatives, considering costs and risks, and executing systematic decisions.

Encourage creativity, proactive learning, and transparent communication.

Maintain a record of challenges and resolutions and promote teamwork.

Communicate ideas clearly and effectively, highlighting key points.

Possess regulatory awareness with CFIA, APPS, TSSA, 3A, CSA, FDA, OSHA, etc.
Qualification & Skills for Process Engineer:

A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Food Process Engineering, or Dairy Technology.

3–5 years of relevant Process Engineering experience.

Experience in food & dairy system design is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.

Solid knowledge of process design.

Ability to read and understand P&ID (Process and Instrumentation Diagrams).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
-
Ability to multitask, plan, and delegate effectively.
