Job Summary: We are seeking experienced and passionate Patent Analyst Trainers specialized in Biotechnology & Life Sciences to join our dynamic team. As a Patent Analyst Trainer, you will provide comprehensive online training, mentorship, and guidance to students and professionals aspiring to build careers in patent analysis and intellectual property rights within the biotech and life sciences sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging online training sessions on patent analysis, intellectual property rights, patent filing, and patent databases specific to biotechnology and life sciences.
- Create and update training modules, presentations, assignments, and assessments tailored to industry standards.
- Mentor participants, provide feedback on assignments, and guide trainees through practical exercises and case studies.
- Stay updated with current patent laws, regulations, and trends specific to biotechnology and life sciences.
- Conduct interactive sessions on patent searching techniques, claim analysis, patentability criteria, and competitive intelligence.
- Assess participant performance through quizzes, assignments, and interactive Q&A sessions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s or PhD in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, or related fields.
- Professional certification or training in Intellectual Property Rights or Patent Analysis is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience as a Patent Analyst, Patent Agent, or similar roles in biotech/life sciences domains.
- Excellent knowledge of patent databases (USPTO, EPO, WIPO, etc.) and patent analytics tools.
- Strong presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Prior experience in online teaching, training, or content development will be advantageous.
