Key Responsibilities
- Strategic partnership to contribute to patient journey mapping
- Identifying data gaps and opportunities for improving patient access
- Engaging external stakeholders with personalized strategies
- Communicating evidence effectively to stakeholders
- Supporting Novartis Clinical Trials and leveraging digital channels
- Managing personal and professional development
Essential Requirements
- Pharmacist, Master’s, or post-graduate degree in health/life sciences
- Experience in a medical function, preferably in a therapeutic area
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
- Adaptability, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
Desirable Requirements
Oncology experience is desirable for this role.
