Job Description:
We are seeking a Biochemical Researcher to support our ongoing clinical and preclinical validation projects at AIIMS Delhi (Jhajjar Campus). The ideal candidate will work on device and assay validation under predefined protocols, assist with data compilation and interpretation, and support collaborative efforts, including cell culture research. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn new techniques in a fast-paced research environment.
Responsibilities:
● Carry out preclinical and clinical validation of devices and assays based on protocols prepared by team members.
● Collect, compile, and process experimental data, and communicate findings clearly to the broader team.
● Independently performed assigned experiments with accuracy and consistency.
● Assist in and learn cell culture techniques from other team members.
● Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to data reporting and presentation.
● Continuously learn new methodologies and contribute to ongoing research efforts.
Qualifications:
● Master’s degree in Biotechnology or related field with wet lab experience.
● Prior hands-on experience with ELISA testing.
● Research background relevant to biochemical experimentation and assay development.
● Strong communication skills and data handling abilities.
● Ability to troubleshoot and assist in resolving experimental issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in electrochemical sensing technologies.
● Previous involvement in preclinical and clinical work on immunoassays.
● Familiarity with regulatory or ethical protocols for clinical research (desirable).
Personal Attributes:
● Hardworking and diligent in assigned tasks.
● Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
● Eager to learn and adapt to new research methodologies.
