Summary: The Microbiologist will be responsible for overseeing daily microbiological activities, including online sampling, analysis of ingredients, semifinished products, and finished products. This role involves monitoring microbiological parameters, managing the Environmental Microbial Monitoring Program (EMMP), personnel hygiene monitoring, ATP testing, and shift activities related to microbiology. The position also requires facing audits, maintaining documentation for the Microbiology Laboratory Management Systems, handling proficiency testing, verifying records, releasing finished goods, implementing food safety measures, training food handlers on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and monthly KPI reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct and supervise microbiological testing of raw materials, semifinished, and finished products.

Manage environmental monitoring programs and personnel hygiene assessments.

Perform ATP testing and validate cleaning and sanitation programs.

Handle proficiency testing and maintain comprehensive documentation.

Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for microbiological issues.

Train food handlers on GMP and oversee monthly KPI reporting.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
- Education: M.Sc (Microbiology)
- Experience: Min 7-8 Years in handling microbiology analysis of Food products / Beverages / Dairy
