Job Description
- Microbiology area temperature monitoring.
- Management of culture media and Standard cultures.
- Calibration of Equipments such as Balance and pH meter.
- Ensuring instruments / equipment’s calibrations, qualifications and preventive maintenance by coordination with CFT’s and vendors.
- Sampling, analysis and release of water samples, swab samples etc.
- MLT analysis for microbiology samples received as per compendia methods.
- Perform environmental monitoring in production, ware house and microbiology lab releases of monitoring data.
- Preparation of trends based on water system and environmental monitoring data.
- Monitoring and management of the lab stock consumption.
- Ensuring GDP, GLP, GMP and Good Microbiology Practice compliance in the lab.
- Strictly adherence to the practices and procedures (STP’s, SOP’s, SHE standards etc.)
- Handling microbiology lab activities and ensure proper work flow within the lab based on priority assignments.
- Ensuring additional work completion allotted by superiors.
