Position Purpose:
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) shall act as a scientific expert between Bayer and the medical community through co-creation of medical strategies, dissemination of scientific data, and education initiatives. The MSL plays a key role in engaging with Thought Leaders (TLs) and internal stakeholders to drive informed decision-making and support brand strategies.
Medical Science Liaison at Bayer Roles and Responsibilities:
Exchange and Dissemination of Scientific Information:
- Engage with Thought Leaders to provide scientific education and clarification
- Collaborate on dissemination of study protocols and professional literature
TL Identification and Engagement Planning:
- Contribute to understanding TL interests and expertise
- Plan advisory boards and educational events
Coordination of Scientific Activities:
- Organize scientific training sessions and advisory boards
- Prepare timely reports and track activities
Support Evidence Generation Activities:
- Facilitate investigator interactions and support research activities
- Contribute to market access, clinical research, and commercial functions
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacology, dental sciences, or medicine
- 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of Therapy Area (Retinal disorders) and related Products
