Position Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and highly organized Medical Content and Review Specialist to join our Clinical & Medical team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that healthcare marketing materials meet the highest standards of medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) compliance. Your expertise will support our clients in bringing compliant, high-quality content to market faster and more efficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Medical Content Specialist:
- Manages the end-to-end MLR process for a dedicated client
- Schedules, leads, and documents Review Committee meetings
- Ensures compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
- Supports FDA 2253 submissions with MLR Regulatory Reviewer/Partner
Medical Content Support Responsibilities:
- Supports project plans and medical content development
- Uploads materials into clients’ review and approval platforms
- Assists in annotating, anchoring references, and SEO optimization
Experience of a Medical Content Specialist:

Prior experience managing MLR review processes and/or working within healthcare marketing or medical writing fields is highly desirable.
Skills:

Strong organizational, project management, and attention-to-detail skills.

Excellent communication abilities for coordinating across multidisciplinary teams.

Familiarity with regulatory standards related to healthcare promotion (e.g., FDA guidelines, pharma marketing best practices).
Technical Knowledge of a Medical Content Specialist:

Experience with MLR platforms and content management systems preferred.

Understanding of SEO best practices related to healthcare communications is a plus.
Education: (i.e., degree required): Graduates in any Life Sciences / Biomedical field.
