Job Title: Medical Coding Trainer (Part-Time, Remote)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and interview performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver online training on medical coding systems like ICD, CPT, and HCPCS.
- Teach key concepts in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and healthcare compliance.
- Prepare students for globally recognized certifications such as CPC, CCS, and CCA.
- Guide students through hands-on coding exercises, real-life case studies, and project work.
- Design and evaluate coding-based assignments, quizzes, and mini projects to assess student progress.
- Stay updated with the latest changes in coding guidelines, compliance protocols, and healthcare regulations.
- Offer mentorship and individual support to students during training and project implementation.
Skills Needed:
- Strong working knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Expertise in medical terminology, human anatomy & physiology, and healthcare reimbursement models.
- Familiarity with coding compliance, insurance billing processes, and denial management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective online instruction.
- Ability to create engaging training materials, presentations, and case-based learning content.
- Comfortable using LMS platforms, video conferencing tools, and coding software.
- Strong organizational skills to track student progress and manage multiple batches.
- Experience in project supervision and guiding students through coding-related projects.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Certified Medical Coder – CPC / CCS / CCA or equivalent (Mandatory).
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience in medical coding.
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (preferred).
- Proficient in coding tools/software and online teaching platforms.
