As a Manufacturing Science, Analytics & Technology (MSAT) Specialist within our Global MSAT Support Team, you will play a key role in enabling cell manufacturing sites to implement Miltenyi Biotec technologies in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.
- Develop expertise in manufacturing science and analytics applied to cell products.
- Advise and support the establishment of cell manufacturing sites and processes based on technologies from Miltenyi Biotec.
- Deliver services required for the establishment of cell manufacturing sites and processes based on technologies from Miltenyi Biotec.
- Develop and deliver training to support the qualification of production operators and QC analysts at cell manufacturing sites.
- Provide expert assistance in solving complex process and application problems.
Qualifications
- Degree in life sciences (biology, biotechnology), bioengineering, or comparable scientific training. A PhD is an advantage.
- Experience in various biological fields such as hematology, transfusion medicine, immunology, and cell biology.
- Experience in cell production and cell analysis methods.
- Experience in the qualification, validation, or verification of analytical methods.
- Experience working in a GMP environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
- Willingness to travel (up to 30%).
