- Job Opening: Junior Research Fellow

- Project Title: “Biochemical and Functional Characterization of Molecular Crosstalk and Synthesis of Extracellular Polymers (EPS) for Adaptive Fitness of Cyanobacteria under Dynamic Environmental Stress”
- Duration: 3 years. The post is temporary and co-terminus with the project.
Essential Qualification for Junior Research Fellow at BHU:
- The candidates should be M.Sc. degree in Botany/ Applied Microbiology/ Environmental Science/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology with at least 55 % marks and above.
- Candidate must have qualified NET or GATE examination.
- The upper Age Limit is 28 Years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates). All things being equal, SC/ST candidates will be preferred as per GOI rules.
- Candidates with experience of research in the area of the project will be preferred.
Desirable Qualifications:
The candidates with experience in molecular biology, biopolymer research, biochemical tools and techniques or related field will be preferred.
