Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Analyst II Global Data Manager to support data management activities for clinical trials. The role involves collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure alignment on data management expectations. The position requires leadership skills, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory guidelines. If you are passionate about making a difference in healthcare, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Establishing data management expectations
• Reviewing data management documents
• Ensuring inspection readiness of deliverables
• Planning and tracking data management deliverables
• Collaborating with clinical working groups

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., BS, BA) or equivalent professional experience is required, preferably in Clinical Data Management, Health, or Computer Sciences. Advanced degrees preferred (e.g., Master, PhD).
• Approx. 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, CRO or Biotech industry or related field or industry.
• Experience in clinical drug development within the pharmaceutical industry or related industry.
• Experience working with cross functional stakeholders and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills (in English).

Preferred Qualifications

• Team leadership experience
• Clinical data management knowledge
• Familiarity with international guidelines in data management
