Job Overview:
Review, assess, and process Safety data and information across service lines. Distribute reports/data to internal and external third parties following regulations, Standard Operating Procedures, and internal guidelines under the guidance of senior operation team members.
Essential Functions:
- Training: Prioritize and complete assigned trainings on time.
- Data Processing: Process Safety data according to regulations, guidelines, and project requirements.
- Pharmacovigilance Activities: Collect and track Adverse Events(AE)/endpoint information, database entry, coding AE and Products, writing narratives, and more.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, productivity, and delivery standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work with various functional team members, health care professionals, and clients to address project-related issues.
Qualifications for IQVIA Job Operations Specialist 1
- High School Diploma or equivalent in Scientific or healthcare discipline
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field with up to 3 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and Safety Databases
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
