We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our Global Vendor Quality Team as Auditor, Vendor Quality. Come join the global Ingredients leader where science and creativity meet to create essential solutions for a better world!
Your Focus
As an Auditor – Vendor Quality, you will be responsible for Corporate Quality, Supplier Audits in the APAC Region & other supplier quality activities.
How You Will Contribute
- Coordinate the supplier audit process in Asia Pacific with the Manager Global Vendor Quality Audit.
- Assist Global Procurement in working with the vendor to reduce risk and improve vendor performance through utilization of the non-conformance information provided through notifications in SAP or Suppliers with poor rating.
- Manage duties as required by your Manager which may include auditing packaging and toller audits.
- Assessing risk to IFF, complete audit reports and circulate reports.
- Execute and complete tasks assigned by your direct manager.
- Spend 50-60% of your time travelling to vendor locations to conduct the required audits.
Key Job Requirement
Master’s degree in Food technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biological Science, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in Audits in Multi-National Corporations or Large Corporations.
Certifications: Hold Audit certification (FSSC, ISO etc).
Skills:
- Good working knowledge of SAP / ETQ /SharePoint.
- Ability to work independently & effectively across multi-functional teams and diverse cultures company-wide.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint).
