About the Role:
We seek a passionate and detail-oriented Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 5 years of experience in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotech industry. You will be responsible for assisting in regulatory submissions, maintaining compliance, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure products meet all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in preparing, compiling, and submitting regulatory dossiers for product approvals (e.g., CTD/eCTD format).
● Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, QC, Manufacturing) to gather required documentation and data.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., CDSCO, USFDA, EMA).
● Track and manage timelines for regulatory submissions and approvals.
● Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for labeling, advertising, and promotional materials.
● Support in responding to queries from regulatory agencies on time.
● Maintain regulatory databases, records, and filing systems.
Required Qualifications:
● B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or related field.
● 0–2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or related areas (QA/RA/QC).
● Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
● Good understanding of drug development and regulatory submission processes.
● Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (Indian and/or international) is a plus.
● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
● Internship or academic project experience in regulatory affairs.
● Knowledge of CTD/eCTD structure.
● Understanding of ICH guidelines.
● Exposure to regulatory software/tools.
