Essential:
M.Sc. in Life Sciences from a recognized University Desirable: The project assistant will support computational research focused on identifying novel therapeutic targets for CAR-T cell therapy across pan-cancer datasets. Responsibilities include literature review, assisting with transcriptomics and proteomics data analysis, and managing datasets from public repositories. The candidate will also contribute to basic scripting tasks (Python/R), support result interpretation, and assist in preparing reports and documentation. Work Description: MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field. Knowledge of programming in Python or R and familiarity with transcriptomics data analysis is essential. Experience with bulk or single-cell RNA-seq data is desirable. Candidates should be comfortable working with large biological datasets and show strong analytical and communication skills. |
