Work Description: The project assistant will support computational research focused on identifying novel therapeutic targets for CAR-T cell therapy across pan-cancer datasets. Responsibilities include literature review, assisting with transcriptomics and proteomics data analysis, and managing datasets from public repositories. The candidate will also contribute to basic scripting tasks (Python/R), support result interpretation, and assist in preparing reports and documentation.
Desirable Qualification: MSc in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field. Knowledge of programming in Python or R and familiarity with transcriptomics data analysis is essential. Experience with bulk or single-cell RNA-seq data is desirable. Candidates should be comfortable working with large biological datasets and show strong analytical and communication skills.

Position: Senior Project Associate
Essential Qualifications: Doctoral Degree in Science from a recognized University or equivalent

Work Description: 1 Senior PAT will be hired to manage the institutional flow cytometry facility including flow analyser and cell sorters. Their role is to perform end to end operations of cell sorting including fluidics startup, shutdown of machine, maintainence, quality control, and run the samples of users. They will also do inventory and ordering of consumables for flow cytometry core facility. 1 Senior PAT will be involved in immune cell isolation, culture and genetic manipulation.
Desirable Qualification: In depth experience with flow cytometry (analysis and cell sorting) techniques, Flowjo software or similar and operations of cell sorter is essential for Senior PAT for the flow cytometry facility. The other Senior PAT needs to have basic experience in immunology projects (T/NK cells), cell culture, flow cytometry, ELISA assays, cell based assays and molecular biology techniques.

Desirable Qualification: Prior expertise in mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry sorting and analysis, ELISA assays, cellular phenotyping assays, molecular biology, cloning, experience working on immunology projects (T or NK cells) is a plus. Prefer experience but not limited to Lentiviral work and prior work with CRISPR Cas9 gene editing,
