Sartorius is seeking a Field Application Specialist to join our team in Bangladesh. The Application Specialist will be responsible for offering product expertise, application knowledge, and technical support along each step of the customer’s process
. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring successful design, validation, and implementation of our filtration technology products.Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
As a Field Application Specialist at Sartorius, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the sales organization on existing and new products.
- Being responsible for the assigned product line in the defined territory.
- Providing technical support to customers and resolving implementation problems.
- Analyzing product performance data and customer feedback.
- Reporting on competitors’ products and feedback information.
- Providing basic product training and conducting workshops.
- Collaborating with interfaces for trials and demos.
Qualifications & Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Academic degree in biological engineering, biotechnology, or related field.
- Experience in a similar position and industry is advantageous.
