The eligible and interested candidates may appear in a walk-in interview for purely temporary engagement as Project Associate –I & II, Young Professional-I & II, and Project Assistant under different ongoing projects of CSIR CIMAP, Lucknow. The eligibility criterion is as follows: –

Project Associate-I (Plant Science, Biotechnology)
-
M.Sc. in Botany, Plant Science, or Biotechnology
-
Experience in molecular taxonomy, plant tissue culture, or molecular biology.
-
Stipend: ₹25,000–₹31,000 + HRA
-

Project Associate-I (Microbiology, Biotechnology)
-
M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology
-
Experience with microbial and cell culture, animal experiments.
-
Stipend: ₹25,000 + HRA

Project Associate-I (Bioinformatics, Biotechnology)
-
M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or Botany
-
Skilled in bioinformatics tools, transcriptomics, molecular biology techniques.

Stipend: ₹30,000 + HRA

Project Associate-I (Plant Molecular Biology, Tissue Culture)
-
M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Plant Sciences, Life Sciences, or Molecular Biology

Expertise in plant genetic transformation preferred.

Stipend: ₹25,000–₹31,000 + HRA

Project Associate-I/II
(Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences)-
Master’s degree in relevant fields with/without two years of experience.

Research in biomass characterization, fermentation, and resource recovery.

Stipend: ₹25,000–₹28,000 + HRA

Project Associate-II (Life Sciences, Biotechnology)
-
M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Biotechnology with 2 years’ research experience.
-
Research in bio-evaluation of plant drugs and formulations.

Stipend: ₹28,000–₹35,000 + HRA

Project Assistant-I (Fieldwork in Medicinal and Aromatic Plants)
-
M.Sc. in Agriculture or Botany
-
Experience in field research and knowledge of MAPs.

Stipend: ₹25,000 + HRA
