About the Job
The CTSM supports the clinical study leader in the execution and delivery of clinical studies. This role involves various responsibilities such as preparing study-related plans and materials, monitoring study progress, managing budgets, and supporting vendor activities.
Main Responsibilities of a Include:
As a Clinical Trial Support Manager at Sanofi, your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring proper study documentation and availability
- Developing and managing study budgets
- Organizing and leading study-specific meetings
- Supporting vendor management
- Overseeing the clinical sample management plan
- Managing Investigational New Drug (IND)
- Participating in Pre-Approval Inspection (PAI) activities
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) in a scientific discipline
- Experience: Knowledge of clinical development, GCP & ICH guidelines
- Soft and Technical Skills: Ability to work collaboratively, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and autonomy
- Language: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
