About the role
ICON plc seeks a Clinical Trial Manager to oversee study commitments in Bangalore, ensuring timely and quality data delivery. The successful candidate will lead local study teams, optimize performance, and drive compliance with regulations and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Local Study Team(s) and ensure compliance
- Contribute to patient recruitment and engagement strategies
- Coordinate study timelines, resources, and budget
- Facilitate document translation and submission to regulatory bodies
- Ensure study activities comply with local policies and codes of conduct
Requirements for Clinical Trial Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree
- +2 years of Clinical Trial Management experience in global CRO/Pharma
- +5 years of onsite clinical monitoring experience
- Must be willing to work in an office-based setup in Bangalore
- Excellent knowledge of international guidelines and the drug development process
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
Functional Capabilities
The candidate should have excellent knowledge of international guidelines (ICH/GCP) and relevant local regulations, as well as a good understanding of the Drug Development and Clinical Study processes.
