About the role
ICON plc is seeking a Principal Clinical Data Science Programmer to develop, implement, and maintain data review and data cleaning capabilities for sponsors led Phase I-IV clinical trials using sponsor technologies. The role involves collaborating cross-functionally and contributing to technical and process improvement initiatives related to data reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities Include:
- Developing and maintaining data review and data cleaning capabilities
- Contributing to technical and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams
Requirements:
- BS or MS degree, preferably in Computer Science, Informatics/Data Science, or life science
- Prior pharma or CRO industry experience
- Prior experience in Reporting [Elluminate or Cluepoint]
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
