Assoc Specialist MSAT GCC Job Responsibilities at GSK:
- Prepare and manage all meetings and related project documents
- Develop solutions through laboratory mockups
- Conduct validation activities such as Design Summary Reports, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, User Requirement Specifications, and more
- Manage Change Control processes and execute Design Qualification
- Coordinate testing, risk assessments, and shipping validation
Skillsets Required For Assoc Specialist MSAT GCC Job at GSK:
- Education: An advanced degree in chemistry, biology, chemical engineering, or a similar field.
- Experience: at least 1-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical MSAT or a related field. A scientific and technological know-how related to Single Use validation and vaccine manufacturing is an additional asset.
- Project management and Validation technical skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).
- Hands-on approach and laboratory work ability
- Proficiency in writing DSR, FMEA, URS, DQ, VMP, IOQ, VSR, Commissioning protocol, extractable protocols, biocompatibility reports, and leachable risk assessments and PES calculation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
