About the job
Role – Peptide Purification Role in Downstream R&D
Level – Scientist / Senior Scientist / Principal Scientist level
Technical Skills:-
- Purification of Peptides / Proteins for small molecules / APIs in Downstream R&D Deptt.
- Good knowledge of downstream processing & unit operations involved in peptide/protein purification
- Industrial hands on experience for purification techniques.
- Downstream Process development & scaleup activities.
- Optimization of the purification process by QbD approach
- Isoelectric precipitation of peptides and proteins
- Must have experience in process development of peptides.
- Method development, Impurity isolation & characterization (LC-MS, NMR etc.)
- Expertise in process development of recombinant and synthetic peptides.
- Process development and scale up/technology transfer upto commercialization for Peptides (GLP analogues).
- Knowledge of using statistical tools for DoE, QbD in process development of peptides/proteins.
- Technology transfer & supporting documentation (TTD, DR, Protocols, BMR etc) for scale-up.
- Process troubleshooting.
- Small molecule – Peptides/Oligonucleotides exp will be only prefered.
Exp Req.: 2 yrs – 8 yrs
Qualification: M.Tech/ B.Tech./PhD
