- Years of Experience: 03 to 07 years
Job Responsibilities
- USP Production: Experience in handling large-scale mammalian cell culture (SS bioreactor), media/feed preparation, bioreactor operation, centrifuge operation, and manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies/biotherapeutic protein.
- DSP Production: Experience in downstream purification process, TFF system, chromatography system, virus filtration procedures, and equipment maintenance.
- Requirements: Exposure to regulatory documentation and cGMP/GLP. Thorough knowledge of Biosimilar product manufacturing operations is preferred.
