Job Overview:
Perform tasks at a country level associated with Site Activation (SA) activities in accordance with applicable local and/or international regulations, standard operating procedures (SOPs), project requirements, and contractual/budgetary guidelines. This role involves developing as a professional individual contributor, working under moderate oversight and supervision to enhance systems and processes for improved effectiveness.
Essential Functions:
- Under general supervision, serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) in assigned studies for investigative sites, Site Activation Manager (SAM), Project Management team, and other relevant departments.
- Perform feasibility, site ID, start-up, and site activation activities following regulations, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Prepare and review site documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure accuracy in internal systems, databases, and tracking tools with project-specific information.
- Provide expertise to project teams during project timeline planning.
- Perform quality control of documents provided by sites and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Site Activation Associate IQVIA Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science or related field required.
- 3 years of clinical research experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 1 year of experience in a leadership capacity.
- CRA experience is mandatory.
