As a Scientist specializing in Upstream Cell Culture, you will apply your expertise in mammalian, microbial, or other cell culture systems. You will design robust upstream processes to contribute to the development
of biopharmaceutical products.Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize upstream cell culture processes.
- Perform experiments to support process development.
- Assess and incorporate single-use bioreactor systems.
- Design experiments to enhance cell growth and productivity.
- Lead technology transfer and scale-up activities.
- Analyze data and prepare technical reports.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams.
- Stay informed on advancements in cell culture technologies.
Experience
Ph.D., M.S., or B.S. in Biotechnology or related field with a focus on cell culture. Minimum 3 years of experience in upstream process development. Proficiency in single-use bioreactor systems is preferred.
