Job Description:
This position is primarily responsible for producing the best quality powders as per customer requirements and organizational standards by utilizing manufacturing tools like process skill, GMP, HACCP, and ISO.
What you’ll do
- To manufacture/process products as per specifications.
- Ensure minimum downtime, product loss, and maximum product recovery, reporting any abnormalities to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with the maintenance department for proper running condition of equipment.
- Operate the section with the help of a production assistant.
- Coordinate with milk pre-process section for milk supply and quality.
- Maintain hygiene in operating and packing areas.
- Maintain production, stock, and operation logs and reports.
- Carry out CIP of equipment according to CIP regime.
- Implement policies regarding EMS&OSHAS.
- Perform miscellaneous activities related to production.
What you need to succeed
- Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor/Master’s in food technology, dairy technology, or dairy engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years.
- Thorough knowledge about GMP, HACCP, and ISO.
- High degree of interpersonal and communication skills.
- Readiness to work in all shifts.
- Positive attitude.
