About Sanofi Senior Associate Job:
The Sr. Associate – HEVA will support the HEVA team in generating robust health economics and value-based evidence within the assigned therapy area portfolio. The role involves developing and executing quality research projects, economic models, trial design recommendations, and innovating the value identification process to ensure optimal access and reimbursement decisions.
Main Responsibilities of Sanofi Senior Associate Job:
- Supporting in HEVA evidence generation plan
- Executing approved HEVA studies and managing ongoing studies
- Assisting in the development of HEVA strategic evidence material and processes
- Collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to meet evidence generation and dissemination needs
About You:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HEOR for the pharmaceuticals industry, CRO consultancy or academia.
- Soft and technical skills: Stakeholder management; writing/communication skills; external engagement, project handling, and ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong analytical skills to translate clinical and economic information and messages into payer evidence strategies; Understands reimbursement decisions to determine value drivers and how evidence is used in decision making and how it impacts various payers (e.g., providers, patients, health systems); Knowledge of methods and principles of health economics, health technology assessment (HTA) reviews
- Education: Advanced degree in life sciences/pharmacy/similar discipline or medical degree
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
