Position Title: Sales Application Specialist
Major Tasks:
- Customer First: Enhance customer satisfaction by promoting QIAGEN’s product portfolios, building strong customer relationships, and providing expert advisory and support services.
- Sales & Application Expertise: Support and promote QIAGEN products across healthcare and life sciences, address technical queries, and conduct product/instrument demonstrations.
- Market Development: Develop new business opportunities, explore market potential, and achieve individual and team sales objectives through strategic partnerships and solution promotion.
- Information Systems: Utilize the Sales Force database to maintain accurate customer data and improve sales effectiveness and opportunity management.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field. A PhD is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in diagnostic, life science, or biomedical areas.
- Experience in customer management, portfolio growth management, technical troubleshooting, and delivering scientific sessions and workshops.
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and willingness to travel.

- Self-motivated, quick learner, and willing to share knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills in both the local language and English.
