Job Title: Research Associate – Assay Development and Screening
Location: Hyderabad, India

Responsibilities for Research Associate Job In Aragen
- Effectively handle animal models & allied activities:
- Development of biochemical and cell-based in vitro assays using various technologies
- Screening of NCE’s using validated assays
- Experience in setting up qPCR, western blot assays
- Preparing draft SOPs for assays
- Drafting technical write-ups for client proposals
- Experiment record management
- Laboratory equipment management
- Ensure safety at work:
- Follow safety SOPs for cell culture
- Maintenance of equipment/instruments as per SOPs
- Maintain records, data integrity:
- Maintain data integrity and adhere to policies
- Ensure skill development of self & team:
- Enhance knowledge through formal and informal learning
- Develop behavioral competencies through workshops and feedback discussions
Required Educational Qualification for Research Associate Job In Aragen
- Experience: 1-3 years after MSc/M.Tech in an industry setup
