Rentokil Initial is seeking a dedicated Field Biologist to conduct Pest Audits for a diverse range of high-profile clients in Mumbai. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations across various sectors, including food, pharmaceutical manufacturing, warehousing, and retail. The Field Biologist will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive Pest Audits for designated client accounts.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of detailed audit reports.
- Support branch operation teams with the necessary documentation.
- Generate service leads based on audit recommendations and findings.
- Conduct Technician Performance Assessments to ensure quality service delivery.
- Identify areas for improvement and mentor technicians to enhance performance.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of service operations and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report on Atex atmospheres during audits.
- Possess a strong knowledge of pest identification and management techniques.
Key Result Areas:
- Achieve 100% audit completion as per scheduled timelines.
- Generate valuable service leads from audit findings.
- Conduct effective Technician Performance Assessments and drive technician development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Promote Heat & CO2 treatment services.
Requirements :
- Strong competencies in pest management and Pest Monitoring Systems (PMS).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- BSc/ MSc in Biology/Entomology
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in relevant fields such as Biology, Entomology, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in handling High-Demand (HD) Accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Valid driving license and access to a two-wheeler.
