- Job Title: R&D Project Specialist Contract Management
- Location: Hyderabad, India
Main Responsibilities:
Production:
- Support scientific events activities & external expert engagements
- Process contract and related documents within defined timelines
- Check country specificities and handle queries received from country approver and/or external experts
- Timely follow-ups with event leads, country approvers, and external experts
Project Planning:
- Ensure delivery of ongoing projects as per agreed timelines
- Ensure to follow defined/agreed quality parameters before sending out deliverables to the stakeholders
- Track ongoing projects on regular basis and take required actions
Stakeholder Management:
- Maintain effective working relationship with stakeholders
- Regular connects with event leads, project requestors, and End-to-End contracting leads
- Manage challenges related to contracting tools
Events:
- Partner with transversal brand teams, creative agencies, HCOs, Associations, and exhibit vendors
- Adhere to company policies related to transparency and compliance
- Plan and monitor different types of meetings
- Ensure budget management and financial reconciliation
About You:
- Experience: Post Graduate degree in any work stream, life sciences degree is preferred
- Soft Skills: Stakeholder & Project management, communication skills, ability to work independently
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Veeva Vault CRM Events Management platform
