Recruitment for the post of Project Associate I on externally funded project ‘Physiology and metabolism of lysosomal dysfunction in a lysosomal storage disorder causing Prosaposin mutation’
Details:
Funding Agency: Ramalingaswami Fellowship grant, Department of Biotechnology
Minimum Educational Qualification: MSc (or equivalent) in Biological Sciences/ Life Sciences or related field
Desirable Qualifications: Candidate should be highly motivated to do research in biological sciences. Prior research lab experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Number of Posts: One
Fellowship Amount:
- Rs.31,000/- + HRA (Scholars who are selected through (a) CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant Professorship) or GATE) (b)A selection process through National level examinations conducted by Central government departments and their agencies and institutions.
- 25,000/- + HRA for others who do not fall under (i) above.
Tenure: One year (extendable based on performance)
Age: Upper age limit is 35 years with age relaxation as per Government rules
