The National Supercomputing Mission (NSM) at NIBMG is seeking a Postdoctoral Scientist to contribute to developing a fast, flexible, high-performance computing framework to accelerate NGS omics-data analysis.

The position involves working with large-scale genetic data, developing software tools, and handling data analysis pipelines. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Computer Science, Computational Biology, or Bioinformatics, along with demonstrated experience in software development and data analysis.

Essential Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline

Desirable Qualifications
- Published scientific papers in reputed journals
- Experience in developing analysis tools and pipelines

Nature of Duty
The duties include management and coordination of computational facilities, execution of data analysis projects, development of software analysis pipelines, and report writing.
