Research Project: DNA Nanotechnology
The Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGN) invites applications for a Post-Doctoral Fellow position for a research project funded by SERB and IITGN.
Job Description
The candidate will be involved in developing physical and chemical biology protocols for organic and biological nanoparticles, conjugating biological ligands to DNA nanodevices, and in
teracting with cells and tissues. The role involves developing advanced laboratory skills and collaborating with experts in the field.Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, or Life Sciences from a reputable institute with an intense research and publication record. Preference will be given to candidates with expertise in DNA nanotechnology, biological systems, and imaging techniques.
Duration & Remuneration
Initial appointment is for 1 year, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The consolidated salary can go up to 70,000 INR per month.
