Novotech, a leading Asia-Pacific CRO specializing in clinical trials, is hiring a Proposal Budget and Contracts (PBC) Specialist I. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and preparing proposals, budgets, and contracts for new and repeat business. You will collaborate with Business Development Associates/Managers (BDA/M), Client Operations, and Project Managers to ensure high-quality, client-centric documents are delivered within specified timelines.

About the role:
The Proposal Budget and Contract Specialist I is responsible for the development and preparation of proposals, budgets, and contracts for new business opportunities at Novotech. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely documents that meet client expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with BDA/M and Client Operations to develop necessary documents for new business opportunities.
- Prepare high-quality proposal materials by editing, drafting, and formatting to align with client requirements and Novotech branding guidelines.
- Prepare budgets and change orders based on sponsor requirements within the specified timeframe.
- Liaise with vendors and external parties for quotes and capabilities incorporation into budgets and proposals.
- Lead collation of input from different departments to address RFP and sponsor questions.
- Prepare sponsor contracts and assist in legal review and execution.
- Collaborate with various teams to develop materials for Bid Defense meetings and participate in BD handover meetings.
- Maintain and update systems including SalesForce and SharePoint.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in a clinical or life sciences-related field.
- At least three years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar role.
- At least one year of experience in a CRO environment or exceptional capabilities in proposal, contract, and budget development.
- Previous experience working directly with clients is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
