About the Role
The Site Identification Administrator is a key member of the Clinical Services team involved in the planning and executing clinical trials by supporting the feasibility of conducting a study.
Responsibilities as Site ID Administrator Job at Novotech
- Work directly with Clinical Services and Project Management on new business opportunities requiring site outreach.
- Liaise with the Project Manager to facilitate the creation of site outreach questionnaires for new opportunities in CTMS.
- Ensure appropriate confidentiality agreements before site outreach or prepare the necessary contracts.
- Manage site outreach data in CTMS, including data entry and quality control.
- Perform data analysis and provide site outreach or other CTMS metrics as requested.
- Provide regular reports on site outreach data status.
Experience and Qualifications
- Graduate in a clinical or life sciences-related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Preferably experienced in working in clinical research, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry.
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in data entry.
