Applications are invited for the purely contractual position of Project Assistant (PA).

Project Title: Characterization of RuBisCo Supreme & Fiber Plus and their application in food products

Designation: Project Assistant

Number of Positions: One

Emoluments per Month and Duration: Rs. 25,000/- (consolidated) | Four months (Extendable as per the requirement of the project)

Essential Qualifications: Master’s degree with 60% marks in the area of Food Science and Technology, Food Technology, Food Engineering, and allied fields from a recognized University.

Desirable: Candidates with experience in the area of new food product development.

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (relaxation of 5 years for women/SC/ST/OBC/differently abled as per the Government of India rules).

General Information:

1. Only short-listed candidates in the ratio of 1:15 will be called for an interview.
2. No TA/DA will be provided to candidates for attending the interview.
3. The date and time of the interview will be communicated to the candidates via email only.
4. Candidates should appear for the interview with their original certificates and other relevant documents.
